I have seen the closing disclosures! When you use a signing agency, you are taking a chance in the wind with your closings. Those companies blast out to multiple notaries with and without knowledge of their state laws or experience in the closing process. You might get lucky, and I show up anyway, but for three times the amount because I was the one who accepted or negotiated the blast offer.
Why not just call me first and have a direct line to me, not having to wait for the signing agency to contact me to contact them to get a message to you about a client I am working with in real time? Many of these companies are still in bed when we are halfway through the day because it’s a West Coast company you called to arrange a closing with an agent from here.
It doesn’t make sense to do that. Call me first, and let’s get more deals signed!
